Brig. Gen. Allison A. Hickey, USAF (Ret) is president and CEO of All Solutions LLC, a small business specializing in transformation and change-management strategy, business process reengineering, and information technology consulting. She is a 1980 graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colo., and has a Master of Science in national security strategy from the National War College. Hickey retired from the Air Force in 2007 and served as under secretary for benefits at the Department of Veterans Affairs.
