Kristian Spraggins is a resident of Northern Virginia. She is a graduate of Hampton University with a degree in Political Science in the Pre-Law track.

She was the senior co-facilitator of the Greer Dawson Wilson Student Leadership Training Program. Before joining the MOAA team, she worked as a freelance social media strategist for the Black in Fashion Council. She began as a Member Service Representative in September 2021.
