Lt. Col. Ginni Guiton, USA (Ret) graduated from the United States Military Academy (USMA) and served in the U.S. Army for over 20 years. She has successfully navigated the transition to civilian life by working at both for-profit and non-profit organizations most recently as Director, Donor Operations and Stewardship for the USO.

Guiton joined MOAA's Career Transition team in 2016 as a Program Director, and she became MOAA's Director of Human Resources in 2018. She is grateful to be able to continue to serve our troops and family members.
