Each year, MOAA’s charities — the MOAA Scholarship Fund and The MOAA Foundation — release an Annual Report, which highlights the past year’s accomplishments, thanks donors for their generous support, and encourages potential donors to support the charities’ important work. The report is published each May in Military Officer magazine.
