As Development Program Director, Cathy Artino plays a critical role in developing and implementing programs and strategic goals of MOAA’s two 501(C)(3) charities. She is responsible for the planning, management, execution, and fundraising of programs offered by our charities. She also acts as a steward of present program donors, cultivates new prospects, and coordinates program grants, while managing all processes and assisting in future program development.
