Still Need Help Logging In?
I am not a MOAA member. How do I log in?
On the login page, please click Join Online or Guest Form to learn more about MOAA. Much of our website is accessible to everyone, but there are some portions which are only available to our members.
What is my username?
By default, your user name is your email address. This must be the email address that we have on record for you at MOAA. Your username may be something other than your email address if you have changed it on our website.
How do I reset my username?
On the login page, click Forgot Username? Enter your email address (the one on file with MOAA) and we will send you instructions through email.
I don’t know my password.
On the login page, click Forgot Password? Enter your email address (the one on file with MOAA) and we will send you instructions through email.
My email address on file is wrong or no longer active. How do I reset my login information?
If your email address is no longer active and you cannot receive our reset password or reset username instructions, please call the Member Service Center at 1-800-234-6622. Our representatives will be happy to update your profile and help you get logged in to the website.
I sent an email to msc@moaa.org to have my information updated, but I haven’t gotten a response. Why is that?
We receive many emails from our members every day. Our representatives work from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Eastern Monday through Friday. We will respond to your email as soon as possible.
I clicked on “Create a Web Login” but it doesn’t work.
Your member number must be 8 digits, including the leading zero(s); for example - 01234567. The last name field is case sensitive, so please capitalize appropriately. Finally, if you already have an email address in our system, this page will not work for you. Please go back to the main login page.
I attempted to log in but received a message stating "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator."
MOAA is aware that some members using certain Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers are encountering this error message. If possible, please attempt to log in via a different web browser.
Some Additional Tips:
Your password must be at least seven characters in length and is case sensitive. You may use any combination of letters, numbers, and other characters.
If you have tried several different combinations of login information, it may be helpful to restart your internet browser and open a new page at www.moaa.org/login.
If you are still having trouble, consider clearing your cookies or your cache.
