As MOAA's Executive Director, Development, Andrea Rand is responsible for all aspects of fundraising for MOAA’s two 501(c)(3) charities, with emphasis on planned giving. She works with MOAA IT, Finance and Communications teams to ensure donations are properly captured and recognized. She oversees the Educational Assistance program, providing financial assistance to children from commissioned servicemembers families and growing MOAA membership.
